We stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels couple of times a year. This hotel is nice, clean, but as previous reviews said breakfast time is very, very busy. I would like to thank a breakfast team for their support on the Saturday the 06th January. My son has life threatening allergies and the man on duty (sorry do not know the name) was patiently checking for us the ingredients for a couple of products like rolls, ham, sausages etc, so we can be sure our son can eat something and is safe. Thank you very much for all your help and patience.

Location was fine. Room was good. Unfortunately, the trash can was not empty upon arrival Breakfast was a big disappointment. Customers had to look everywhere for a place to have breakfast. This is unworthy of a four star hotel. The management did not solve this properly, with the result that they were powerless against the large influx at breakfast.

Room was everything we needed and very clean, Congratulations to the chambermaid fire alarm first night so all out in pyjamas oh well better safe than sorry. Reception staff are great, morning buffet is amazing I challenge you to get something that you don't like, bar was great as were the staff on the Saturday and Sunday we saw they were well worked

Very nice, clean and affordable hotel. Staff is amazing! They were both funny and helpful. The breakfast was a warzone though. Not enough seats for everyone, and no flow through the place you grab food. People were crazy for some pancakes. Overall amazing experience, would definitely come again. Shout-out to the two staff in their cafe yesterday, awesome experience.

Stayed here 3 nights in December 2023. Breakfast first morning was horrendous. No where to sit. Second morning we went down a little later and there was hardly any food left. When we asked for butter we were told it was "finished". This was 45 minutes before breakfast was due to end. Staff extremely unhelpful. Bar first night at least half hour wait to be served. Only 2 staff on. Second night bar closed with no prior warning. If you don't want to be treated like cattle then don't stay here.

Excellent sound insulation, very comfortable mattress, very well organized room. Excellent breakfast, with a lot of variety even for vegetarians (in our case). If we return to Dusseldorf, we will probably stay here. We really liked it! One of the best accommodations we've been to.
